She is an Arizona native and passionate about helping others gain and maintain overall health and wellness through proper nutrition, education and lifestyle. For over 15 years she has been entrenched in the practices of alternative, centuries-old techniques that emphasize total wellness of mind, body, emotions, and spirit. Certified as a Holistic Nutritionist and Gut Health Specialist (via AFPA), she treats people as whole individuals, not as collections or parts of disease (DIS-EASE).
Her empathetic, intuitive and compassionate approach allows her to navigate underlying health issues to find root cause and offer practical solutions to those seeking a healthier lifestyle with balance.
